960 EVO M.2 SSD Wont show up on anything.

GPU | STRIX GTX 1080 (2x)
CPU | I7-6700k
MOBO | Z170 Pro Gaming
PSU | EVGA 1000 G2 Supernova
RAM | 8gb RipJaw (4x)
OS | Windows 7 Pro (Service Pack 1, 64 bit)

I've checked and my mobo and it's compatible. Cant get it to show up in anything, computer management, bios, device manager, ect..

Any ideas? Ive tried reinstalling it and cleaning cleaning its port.
P.s. I've seen its name somewhere in the bios when I first installed it but now I cant find it.

go to bios, under On Board Device Configuration the M.2 and SATA Expreass SATA Mode Configuration is set to M.2

I already had that set. Just tried reinstalling it and nothing still.
