960 evo slow 4kQ32T1 speeds - 260 read/235 write

I recently ran Crystal and found that while all of my other speeds seemed within range of normal, the 4kQ32T1 speeds were well below advertised. This is on an os drive, but I feel the drop is way too large to be just the OS. Or if it is, I have something very wrong installed on it. Samsung Magician says it is plugged into a PCIe Gen 3 x 4 so the slot isn't the issue.

I additionally have a 850 evo installed that gets good speeds, so clearly its not a problem with all my drives, just this one.

Have you verified that the SD has up to date firmware and drivers?

Have you also updated the BIOS? What about chipset drivers?

Random writes are always slower but yours do seem to be a bit slower than average. Most are getting around 600MB/s on the 4K Q32T1.
