960 pro - 4k score seems low

For a samsung 960 pro my 4k score seems very low. its a new pc build and i'm never had an m.2 drive. any advice?

Upon a google.search of 960 4k crystaldisk images you seem to be in line with several of them. Some better some worse.

i am in line on sequential but they are blowing me away on the 4k

I'm assuming this is a new build as it's a tr build


Double check for newer m2 drivers, also run the test about 5 mins after a boot with the internet disabled (so it can't be updating anything)

You using the Samsung NVMe driver or the generic Windows one?
