Hi to everybody,
Today I read Anandtech's article about building budget computer, and looking into GPU options I came into this deal (IMO):
- <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-140-030&depa=0" target="_new">APOLLO ATI RADEON 9600SE Video Card, 128MB DDR, 128-bit, DVI/TV-Out</A> - <b>$67</b>
Memory only runs at 400Mhz, but at 128bit it should not be as bad as real 9600SE (64bit usually) and for $67 it would have a very good price/performance ratio. Bad thing is that is not from a Tier 1 manufacturer, but you can't have everything!
I am still looking for any review of the performance of 9600SE with 128bit, if anyone find it give me a link.
Hope this is usual for budget buyers.
Still looking for a <b>good online retailer</b> in Spain :frown:
