9600GSO vs 9500GT

Which is the better option? The 9600 has less RAM but it's faster DDR3 RAM and it's 192 bit.

Interesting... I wonder if the 9600GSO listed is one of the cards that can be flashed into an 8800GTS 512? The positioning of the VRAM makes me suspicious...
