I am overclocking my 9600k to 5.0GHz at 1.2399 - 1.25 volts according to Core Temp. Its odd since i have the voltage set to like 1.32 in the BIOS but its stopping down to 1.23-1.25 in actual.

Is having this low of a voltage at this high OC bad for my system?

Solution
If your CPU is stable under a heavy load (prime95/small FFTs/no AVX is considered the defacto heavy load test for most), a lower voltage is better than higher, as heat tends to increase with the square of voltage increase...

(I'd not worry about minor variances of setting voltage at 'X' but receive a little lower indicated voltage 'Y' under load,as they will rarely work out exactly anyway.....)
