You would need to have PCIE Gen. 3X4 for a better benchmark you have Gen. 2x2.

Your board has a 10Gb/s M2 slot that uses PCI-E 2.0. You need a full speed PCI-E 3.0 slot providing 32Gb/s to make full use of that drive.

The board is too old to use the drive at full speed.

That is still a decent benchmark , for the M2 slot you have.

I guess so, it way better than the old hard drive i had, it takes like 10-20 boot its amazing

Don't bother upgrading the board , wait till you upgrade to a new platform , bring it to a new setup in the future. That is running great stick with it.

Nvme boot wasn't really standard until Skylake. You might be able to get it working at full speed as a storage drive in a pcie3 addin slot with an adapter. Some very late Mobo releases may have nvme boot support for haswell.
