I have updated the firmware through magician, updated drivers to samsung, checked policy for write in file explorer, still says it's (Performing below expectations (35th percentile)! Thank you for helping.

Huh? Where do you see 35th percentile, anywhere?

Confusing and alarmist.

Your drive is one or two percentage points slower than "OMG UberSpeed!!!"
Of course..."slower" means "OMG! There is a problem!!!"

No, there is not.
That's ridiculous. The site should show a stock category and overclocked Catagory.

Thank you very much for your help. If you see anything on there that I can do to upgrade it and get my actual percentages that are lower up, it would be appreciated. I made a post in the proper section for that. https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/looking-for-suggestions-newbie-to-overclocking.3543823/ Thanks again

Per those results, if you got 3490 MB/sec, but, 70% of others got 3500 MB/sec, you'd be in the bottom.

Userbenchcrap gets zero hits from me, and, likely sends many folks on useless wild goose-chases....

CrystalDiskMark sequential reads/writes will very quickly tell you if your storage device is working to specs...
Thank you
