I'm upgraded my Biostar N68S3+ and bought an Asrock 970 Extreme3 R2.0. I thought, I can use my Memory but it dosn't works. It's from Team Group Inc. TVD32048M1333C9, 1,5 V, 1333 MHz. I bought an other Board, while this Biostar have no AHCI. I don't knew this at the time of Buy. Two months later the PC-World wrotes about this "Feature". - To late for me. I felt me how a Testdummy.
Now I bought two Crucial Ballistix Sport Memory-Modules, DDR3-1600, 1,5 V, CL9 - but it dosn't works. No Post/No Beeps/No Display

CPU: AMD ADX630WFK42GI
Board: AsRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0

What do you mean, have I a good Chance with: Corsair Vengeance Schwarz 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Arbeitsspeicher (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10)?

He use another Memory from Corsair. here

I don't understand AsRock! Its my first Board from it and I mean, AsRock have no good reputation. How can I use 64 GB Memory, the List from AsRock said: Max Capacity is 8 GB Module with 4 Banks = 32 GB. AsRock is a big Clown. Gaahh...

There are alot of question for this one post though lets see if we can clear them up one by one.
1| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
2| Are you sure you're populating the rams in their corresponding slots as per the instructions in your manual?
3| The maximum stock frequency's the machine can handle is 1333MHz but if you'd like to higher then you can try and overclock it though from the way you've worded the body of your post, the issue is that the ram isn't being detected. Try installing only one stick of ram in the slot closest to the CPU socket and see if the system boots up. You can then add your ram and see if that works. You might also want to try a CMOS reset(remove motherboard battery for 5 minutes before...
