970 sli, 750w PSU, and overclock?

Right now I have a 4690k, a MSI gtx 970, and a 750w evga b2. If I get another 970 will I have enough power to overclock my CPU to around ~4.4 GHz? Thanks

Yes that's plenty of power , as long as it's a good reliable brand of power supply.
