970 sli and single card question

Hey forum i bought 2 gigabyte gtx g1 970s and I did a valley benchmark on ultra HD full everything at 1080p and I got 92 and a score of 3863

My setup is

Asus p8z68 v gen 3
I5 2500k overclocked to 4.3
16 gb Kingston blu 1600 cl9
Wb black 1.5 Tera
Nzxt hale 90 v2 1000w

Are the results normal? I'm kinda worried...I also disabled sli ran one card and got 55.2 fps on ultra HD settings at 1080p...is this normal?

Normal in what respect ?

55.2 => 92 is 167% scaling....that's pretty good.

Different games / benchmarks will scale differently... Here the 980 scales 179%

Here average scaling was much less, tho if you look at the charts, scaling improves with increased resolution.

Crysis 3 scales 188%

SLI helps most when GF load is high

if you were running on extreme HD then yes, thats a perfectly normal score.

What I meant that something doesnt feel right is I tried crysis 3 jungle on sli maxed everything smaax4 medium and I'm getting 30 to 47 frames v sync off? I thought one card was enough to take it to 60 70 loool....what's going on?
