970 sli or 980 or other amd card

should i go for 970 sli(my motherboard is supported) or 980
or are there any amd configurations for this price that would see good results on high-ultra setting s on latest game?
i will mainly be needing this for bo3 especially once mod tools come out

The GTX 1070 is the same price as the 980 and will preform better so I think you should go 1070. Also don't go SLI since lots of games aren't SLI compatible.
