970 vs 970 le

I like it as a choice because it is significantly cheaper than the regular 970. From what I've gathered the le means that the card will have a lower clock rate and less power consumption compared to the standard model. I was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly how much performance I will lose with this version. I also want to confirm that this is a good choice and that it is compatible with the following parts:
NZXT Source 210 Mid-tower case, ASRock z97 Fatal1ty killer mobo, Intel i5-4590 cpu, Cryorig H7 cpu cooler, 8 gb ram Gskill ripjaws, and 600w power supply. Thanks.
