[SOLVED] 9700k worth upgrade from r5 1600 or upgrade video card

As the title states I’m curious if the upgrade would be worth it... I currently have a the following

Ryzen 1600 OC to 3.8ghz with 240mm aio
Gigabyte x370 motherboard
16gb gskill 3200mhz
gtx 1070 fe

Im just curious if it would be worth to upgrade the cpu first or the gpu. I run a 144hz 1080p panel and I am seeing 85 to 90 currently on high settings on most games. The ryzen system will eventually become my storage computer for my plex server. sorry had to leave and didnt get a chance to finish the post

And your gaming rez and v.refresh rate too. Best case scenario, there is about a 40% bump in CPU performance moving to the 9700K
