Of course not. Wait 2-3 weeks for Radeon X800 cards or GeForce 6800... The
cost will be almost the same as R9800 XT but performance should be at least
1.5 times greater than R9800 XT/FX5950 Ultra.

I agree with maniac, for the price being charged right now for the
9800XT, you'd be better off waiting a month for the new generation of
cards coming out and pay about the same for one of those new cards and
getting much more performance.
