After re-installing windows the drive no longer shows up in Disk Manger or explorer. Windows installer wont recognize it either. Nothing iv tried has worked so far and im at a dead end.

Solution
Windows 10 includes the UEFI driver. A lot of people have problems because their doing Legacy Windows installations and not UEFI installations. You don't have to be searching for the M.2 drive if you want to make that the boot drive. You need to have the M.2 drive as the only storage drive connected.

You need to change BIOS options before the installation begins:
  1. Disable CSM (Compatibility Support Module)
  2. Boot Mode Select [LEGACY+UEFI] change to [UEFI only].

A) Download latest Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft
B) Have a small USB flash drive available
Use Rufus with (A + B above) to make a bootable UEFI Windows 10 installation USB flash drive.
Rufus

Insert the flash drive and reboot. Use your license key...
