98% RAM used with nothing running

Hi, so I just built a new computer a few days ago and everything has been fine but today for some odd reason I have 98% of my RAM being used with nothing running. https://imgur.com/gallery/h7CD9
I have a msi 7170a gaming m5 motherboard, i7-6700k CPU and a gtx 1070. I also have windows 10 home

With 19% CPU utilization something has to be running. Click Details and sort by memory utilization in descending order.

So click "Open Resource Monitor" and see what is using the RAM.

At the bottom left of your photo you see the resource monitor link, click it. Once in the resource monitor go to the memory tab and see what is using the most memory.

Your disk 1 is at 99% too .

ijoshyr, this appears to be a memory leak issue.

Get the DRIVERS ONLY package for your killer network. NOT the full suite. DRIVERS ONLY. The keywords at MSI are:

1. For Killer Onboard LAN driver without Killer Network Manager.
2. Killer Onboard Lan driver Inf file need to be install manually. Killer Network Manager User Guide

You will need to install these via device manager manually.

Uninstall your ENTIRE Killer network Suite.
Reboot
Install DRIVERS ONLY via device manager
