Then it is likely that the card failed. You can try re seating the card and if you have a chance to try it in a different computer.
Update, the card works fine till i install the drivers than the card sudenly doesnt connect to the pcie slot anymore
Until you install the drivers the card is working on Win default 2d drivers. 3d only kicks in with the drivers and then it stops working which points to the card being broken.
Is this 980 newly acquired? Or has it worked for you for some time?
I've never seen this error personally, but I would suspect reseating the card in the PCIe slot & ensuring the card is adequately powered would be good places to start. Odd that it would happen post-driver install though.

My full system is:
power supply: Coolermaster 650Watt
CPU: I5 4690K
Motherboard: Asrock z87e-itx
GPU: Gtx 980 Windforce (did it before)
If that is displayed on the screen and the card is connected to the monitor then it looks like a software issue.
its connected to the integrated GPU
So to clarify, you are running on IGP (980 will not work under that condition)!
Did you select IGP in BIOS or did it default there since the card is not registering in the slot?
