I'm thinking about upgrading my SSD, I have 960 m.2. drive.
Would I feel a difference if I upgrade to 980 Pro?!

I think my pc sometimes mini freezes in games, when I try to record my gameplay, I think it's because the ssd, could it be true?

And one more thing, does this affect my ssd - Critical Warning, or.. all is good?

What motherboard do you have?
What do you use the system for?

Unlikely you'll see ANY real difference, even on a PCIe 4.0 compatible motherboard.

I have a MSI MPG X570 Edge, a 1tb Samsung 980 Pro, a R5700 XT, 32 gb (2×16) Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro and a R7 2700, games minifreezes as you said because my CPU is old specially when recording on OBS while talking on Discord, playing Warzone (located on that M.2) and streaming on Discord to my brother

Not worth it.

I went from the 850 PRO to 980 PRO, still not really worth it. I just needed more space. Save the money and get a good GEN III NVME. 980 is still kinda high for what you get, but I bet the bullet, paid about 342 for it on sale for 2TB.
