Question 980 Ti Classified 0RPM Fan Mode

This is the first graphics card I've bought with a 0RPM fan mode below 60C, but I can't hear the GPU fans over my case fans unless it's above 75%. Should I probably set a custom fan curve to make the fans run?

How are your idle temps?

You don't necessarily have to set any custom curves unless you want to run cooler at idle.

Which GPU Model/brand is it actually ? Who is the manufacturer ? You mean to say 75% Fan speed, or the Temp value ?
