[SOLVED] 980 ti exterme gaming Res ? 1080p

when i watch a movie or tv show i dont feel like its 1080p is it because my Graphics Cards to old ? i will upgrade to aorus geforce rtx 2060 xtreme
and yh the movie is on 1080p on setting but still

you could watch movies at 1080p on the most basic of GPU's or an iGPU, the GPU is not the problem.
