Hey guys, I have two problems,
A few months ago I put my reference 980 Ti under water and flashed a custom BIOS. However it was only running at 1.23v instead of the 1.27max and couldn't go past 1500 because of that. Today I modified the BIOS by pushing the max voltage sliders to 1.27 and it worked. But now the card is underperforming a little bit. On Valley I was getting 86 FPS before at 1400 now I get 45ish at 1500. I was getting nearly 100FPS in Black Ops 3 at 1440 now I get 50-55. 50 FPS in GTA V at 4K now 30. The only game that wasn't affected that much is BF4. You might think that my 8350 is bottlenecking it but like I said it wasn't behaving like this before. I flashed it back to the old BIOS. I really don't know what to do. Also sometimes it does give me the old performance but after restarting the PC the problems are back
And the other problem. I did a clean install of Windows 10 hoping to solve the 980 Ti problem which it didn't and I lost all my games damn. I have 12GB of RAM and it sometimes sees 11, sometimes 9.97 and sometimes even 3.96. The BIOS does see all the RAM so I think it's related to the OS. I tried to uncheck the max memory in msconfig and it still happens.
So this is it, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
