9800gt 512mb ddr3 pci 2.0 replacement

Need help here,im used to be a gaming type of guy n i always keep myself up to date with pc stuff but that was 3 years ago,now i lost tracked and i need your guys opinion on which affordable card i can use to replace my old card,my specs are windows 7,amd phenom ii processor,600w power supply,everything else you need to ask since im quite lost,i dont opt for the best,just want a decent perf for games like far cry 4 and upcoming gta 5.Really appreciate all the help i could get thanks.

hi im sorry,its amd phenom ii x4 810 , 2.6ghz , 6mb , socket am3,just put out everything there to you,my budget is around 100 bucks if possible but would go slightly higher than that.
