9800GTX O'C help

Hiya, I just got an xfx 9800gtx+ today and has been searching all over for some good setups for it.
My current setup is

Core = 830
Shader = 2106
Mem = 1242

I've been getting some good results with it but im worried I may have raised it a bit too high and will lower the lifespan of the card drastically. So I ask your comments. Thanks!

can you please tell us your temps and whether you have changed fan speed. there is no one "good setup" as all graphics cards are different in a single model and it depends on the rest of your system.
