9800gtx owners

Ok so does the original 65nm 9800gtx downclock itself at idle?? or is that jus the 9800gtx+'s that do that? Thanks

somebody from that forums says the 65nm do have hybrid power enabled

I mean does the card have a different idle clocks when it is in 2d then when it is in 3d games. Like the gtx 285s they drop from 648 core in 3d to 300mhz core in 2d
