9800gtx+ superclocked and CPU

I need help fast sunday i am going to build a new computer i just got an evga 9800gtx+ superclcoked 512gddr3 card, i want to know if any of these cpu's would be able to push the 9800 and game well somewhat

I would avoid the first generation Phenom core which both of your linked CPUs are. They have low clockspeed, run hotter than they should, and generally aren't competitive with the Phenom II or Core2 counterparts. That said, of the two, the 7850 should be better for gaming due to the higher clockspeed and the fact that only a few games will benefit from more than 2 cores. If you're planning on overclocking, you might save $10 and get the 7750. In terms of bang for your buck, it's probably one of your best bets from either AMD or Intel.
