9800gtx+ superclocked and CPU

I need help fast sunday i am going to build a new computer i just got an evga 9800gtx+ superclcoked 512gddr3 card, i want to know if any of these cpu's would be able to push the 9800 and game well somewhat

With a little overclock, you can get close but you may maximize the card 100%.

BTW, did that EVGA card come with a lifetime warranty?

I saw 2 versions of the card in Newegg. One caomes with 2 years warranty, one with lifetime. Wonder why that is?
