My Sapphire 9800pro 128mb(256bit) has the following memory:

hy5du283222

Also the following numbers are written on it: 316a, 317a and 318a.

What is the memory speed?

Note: no OC!
 
I'm not sure 2.2 came to my mind. Ist this the same ram used on the 9700 and 9500 aswell

this ram is 4.3ns and it can be found on OCZ PC3700 Rev1 Gold memory.

9700/9500pro uses 3.0ns Infineon, and 3.3ns Samsung, the 9700pro uses 2.86ns Samsung.
