980ti ftw driver install Help

Hey,

I recently picked up a 980ti ftw from a buddy of mine and he didn't have the driver disc anymore. I downloaded the drivers from GeForce.com and attempted to install them multiple times, but every time the install fails.
The screen also flashes black for a few seconds every once in a while.

Any help with this?

did you already removed the driver for your previous version of GPU? make sure you download the correct driver version for your operating system. also full system spec please.
