980ti & Kraken g12 wont boot

16gb crucial Ballistix 3000mhz
asus z170ar
gigabyte 980ti
Corsair rm650
tldr i was using the card, cleaning up old programs, etc.
after a reboot, i went to msi afterburner, turned on a MILD oc, ran kombustor to check temps and now it won't turn on. did I fry it??
It was running fine up until then. using arctic silver 5 (which i believe is not conducive), the pump isnt too tight.
it does run on its igpu so i know my other components are fine. any suggestions???

The Silver in AS5 is definitely not conductive. I've seen some say that it is capacitive though I've seen nothing backing that up.
