980ti multi monitors

Its 3 monitors so will a single 980ti 6gb do the job or should I get two 980tis?

If you are only gaming on one monitor at a time, then you will be just fine. Having more monitors doesn't mean that the GPU is going to be under a lot more pressure unless you are running several demanding tasks at once.

The size and number of monitors a card can handle is affect by the VRAM built into a video card. The GTX 980ti has 6gb making it entry level into 4k. With this, the GTX 980ti will be perfectly fine running 3 1080p monitors. Even ultra wide monitors will not cause any issues for that card. As long as you only run a single game at a time, you will be absolutely fine.
