980ti Superclocked Acx 2.0+ or MSI 980ti Gaming 6G?

Hi, I am building my new PC and was originally going for the EVGA GTX 980ti Superclocked with the ACX 2.0+ cooler. Now, I saw that there is a MSI 980ti Gaming 6G for the same price of $669. Which one is better?

I prefer the MSI gaming over the EVGA models.
The Twin Frozr V is great cooler, and the card OCs well.
