Solution
Nothing particularly comes to mind - one thing that is a bit odd - in your GPU-Z screenshot

for bus interface it shows "@ X 16 3.0" with a question mark beside it - haven't seen that pop up before, might be having trouble reading something off the GPU or the mobo.......also meant to ask - What is the ASIC on your card (%) can find it by opening GPU-Z then place the cursor up over where it says TeckPowerUp and right click the mouse, scroll down towards the bottom of the menu that opens and click on 'read ASISC quality....'

My GPU drivers are up to date ( 361.75) dont really have a extra psu , or anyone to borrow one from in the nearest future, but it's really new ( 7-8 months)
could it be something else ?

The ASIC is at 75%.

recently a sensor broke on my motherboard BD PROCHOT (bi-directional processor hot) or something like that , my cpu was locked at 700mhz, so i installed throttlestop and disabled the sensor, could maybe be that?

(accidentally picked your answer as best solution, anyway to undo that ?
