After i removed my cpu fan + heatsink and cleaned it , my cpu is at 50c idle and at 99c at load . Is that a problem . I use hw monitor and easytune 6 and no over clock . Thanks

It should have come with the cooler, if you bought a new one.

You should be able to pick some up for a couple of dollars online.
