[SOLVED] 99% cpu and 60% gpu all of a sudden

so i got a gaming laptop with an i7 7700 and a GTX 1050 . Its been all good but suddenly my gpu is at 60 % and cpu is 99%. Prob a bottleneck cuz the cpu is too good but i dont know what to do. Now i lose a TON of fps in every single game. help

Could be thermal throttling.

Check Process Explorer / Task Manager to see if you may have background tasks gobbling up CPU time. I've had a few times where horrible lag in WoW turned out to be caused by rogue tabs in FireFox. Also had a few times where I simply forgot to disconnect TeamViewer.

I have checked that but nothing is too much . Basically the only thing that impacting the cpu is the task manager it self
