99 error message

I have set up a new gaming PC, all fitted with ram, motherboard etc. the hdd I have installed already has windows 7 on it, but when I first turn it on there is a small "99" in the bottom right hand corner with a black screen. I have already taken out ram and powered the motherboard and 3 beeps were sounded but when I re install the ram and power up no beeps are sounded and the small 99 appears? Help please

according to https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=172812.0 error code 99 is "99 = Super IO Initialization" but as other suggested it might be a CPU problem..if you have a spare CPU try using that.
