99% load on hard drive

My hard drive has 99 % load all the time so i get studering in games . I bought new one and it was the same then i reinstall windows and driver but still the same.

What is 99% load? Do you mean 99% full?

If so...that's way too full. I don't go above 75-80%.

...but I don't think that's what you mean....as you say you bought a new one and same thing....please explain better.

You go in windows and open task manager and you see load of cpu,ram... and my hard drive is on 99% load(usage)always.I had a wd 1tb hard drive that had the same problem than i bought new hybrid hard drive from segate.Than i reinstall widows and game fortnite but i was still geting stuttering in game

Ah....OK....I understand.

Try and going to "resource monitor". There you will find your disk usage and a sortable column.

Sort the column so the app that is using the disk the most is at the top.

That should show you what software is constantly using your drive.
