i have found a good chip ! think i will keep it

8 hrs asus real bench stress test stable
8 hrs prime 95 29.6 small ffts ( non avx ) stable
8 hrs prime 95 29.6 blend with 90 % ram stable
hci mem test stable 1000 %

-asus x hero z-370 wifi
-load line level 6
-all limits maxed
- v core bios = 1.23
-avx offset = 0
-all core 5 ghz
-cache 4.7 ghz
-ram @ 4000 mhz cl-17

1.22v passed all testes but threw whea error from bf5 .
1.23 v passes everything
should i buy a z-390 16 phase baord for this cpu or should i just stay @ 5.0 and maybe do 5.1 and save 500$ ?

Hi, gratz on your chip looks amazing!

Now, about your question, even thought extracting evertything a cpu can offer is a nice thing to pursue, 100MHz~200MHz more is a only a 2%~4% increase over your already nice frecuency~voltage setup, whatever gains that will give you on games or productivity apps will be between margin of error and you proabbyl wont notice it.

I would enjoy that amazing system and forget about spending extra 500 bucks for "maybe" 200 MHz more. Keep in mind that every 100MHz you may get out of that CPU will be an exponential increase in power consumtion and a lot of extra heat.

Cheers!
