Hello, i am about to upgrade to 9900k. Can i leave my cnps10x optima for 9900k stock freq. Can it cool it enough in gaming scenarios? Ty in advice

And if not, what's the best price/performa solution for cooling 9900k?

Solution
Looking at it, i'd say you'll run very hot. It may throttle, if it doesn't it may simply be too hot for you to be happy. You need to treat it like a much more powerful processor than 95W. Perhaps as high at 160W, so a 180W cooler would cope, and there we are talking about second rank cryorig coolers.

Personally i'd go cryorig R1, noctua 15's. Something in that range, 250W+ coolers.
