[SOLVED] 9900k thermal compound

Hi

i have 9900k and looking for best thermal paste which can keep the temp lower during overclock.

which one is best?
I m considering noctua nt-h1 3.5g.

is that best in this situation?

Noctua's compound was tested years ago, and found to have one of THE best heat transfer properties, and, pretty much no negatives. Spread a half of a pea sized amount with a scotch taped finger, and be done with your search! (Comparisons I saw 2-3 years ago had only .5C difference max between the best and worst TIM anyway....)

If you have good cooling yes. The Noctua is very good too. It's the paste , board and cooling choice. Combination of good components and the paste.

how much gram i have to apply on 9900k?

shall i buy the 2g or 4g tube?

now just last query

if i buy the 4g artic mx4. Do i need to inject half tube to get a PEA SIZE.
Or how much i have to inject. Just tell me in terms of like half, quarter, or full tube of 4g for PEA SIZE?

No you will need very little. PEA Size is NOT MUCH AT ALL.
