I would specifically follow up with the company selling it then. To the best of my knowledge, there is no GTX 1070 with 3Gb of vRAM available in the market:

It is an average price, but the build itself is a bit out of balance.

It has a Z-series board that can SLI, but has a GPU that can't. Faster RAM and a processor that can overclock don't really do much for gaming performance either with just a GTX 1060. More balanced would be this:
