I'm building a computer around the ASUS STRIX H270I + Msi Geforce GTX 1050Ti LP and I don't need any 2.5" / 3.5" disk bays. I guess the smallest dimension of the case should be still around 90mm to comfortably accommodate the LP bracket of my GPU without a riser cable.
I already have an unbranded SFX 400W PSU (with 12A, 12A, 20A for 3.3V, 5V, +12V respectively). If dictated by a case choice I could use a different PSU of a recommended 300W, or even of a lower wattage as my system saves on not having to power any SATA disks. However it's already rather small.
The limiting factor is my Low Profile GP card which is 182 x 69 x 35 mm -- that 69mm dictates the 90mm minimum thickness of the case I think as it fits perfectly into my Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF 90mm-thick case.
I'm not going to be gaming too much or overclocking but still prefer an adequate ventilation to noisy fans of course.
What small slim cases are out there that I could buy online (local shops in NZ only sell large cases)? My assembly already works open on the table, but I don't want an open-air chassis, for the sake of protection and my room is dusty. So I'm looking to buy a small case with a power button, speaker, (and an I/O back plate shield). I hope to find a mass-produced box though because I think there should have been a demand for cases without HDD bays or the full-size GPUs capability.
Thank you. This is my very first post here.
