9GB Memory being used!!

i have open about 10 chrome tabs, spotify, and skype and my memory is at 100%. i tried messing with services.msc. i have 16gb of ram running at 2133 MHz so i don't know why the memory is so high when i'm not running any games

do you know any good free anti virus? my pc came with anti virus but it will run out soon

Malwarebytes, SpyBot: Search and Destroy for malware (most common problem). AVG, Avast, Panda for Antivirus.
