A £1200 gaming/streaming build!

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a computer that i can stream, game and edit on. I want it to be powerful and i need some help. I know a decent amount about computers. I will be editing in1080p 60fps and gaming at 1080p and also streaming at 1080p. I may upgrade to a 4k monitor in the future so future proof would be great. So far i have looked at a gtx 1080 and either r7, r5 or 7700k. Please help me out guys!!!

Is a 1080 overkill for my needs?

Overkill, nah but the GTX 1070 ti recently released and it's supposed to close the gap between the 1070 & 1080 and I figured for your budget it would be a good choice and should still play games on med-high settings if/when you make that jump to 4K.

Then again I may not be the person to ask if a card is overkill as I play on a 1080P/144hz monitor with a 1080 ti 😛

You could go with the 1700 if you skip on the OS for now.

I may be able to squeeze another £100 in if that makes a difference
