Question A 2 day old PSU sparked when I flipped the switch on

I have an EVGA 450w BV Power supply when I'm setting up my new computer I noticed a small white spark, I'm not sure if its inside of the PSU or what but I tried to turn it on again, and everything works fine no foul smell or anything I'm just scared this might damage my components in the future. after this incident, my computer works perfectly no burn smell or anything I used it about 2-3 hours then turn it off now I'm scared turning it back on again

and more info I kinda slowly flipped the switch but I'm not sure since scares me after it happened it gave me a panic attack so so that time my mind is pretty occupied

edit: the sparked occurred when i flipped the switch
