Question A 30 fps GPU for Flight Sim ?

Since the patch that made a dramatic increase to the fps for Flight Simulator, what is the minimum requirement GPU(s) that will be able to run this game at at least 30 fps with Ultra settings at 1080p?
My system is a 10700k, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD

You should look at something like an RTX2060 at the very least(or similar in AMD's camp) and you should look at something higher than that to balance your build. Speaking of build, what is the make and model of your PSU and the ram kit?

These would be the specs for a hypothetical build, but would a 980 ti be able to do 30fps 1080p ultra on flight sim? Also, would this gpu be able to handle a modded Skyrim with enb-enabled? I'm trying to find out what the cheapest gpu I can get by with to accomplish these two things now and then get the next gen gpu in the future .
P.S. The memory speed would be 3000 CL15 or 3200mhz
