That is a solid build.
If you do not want to have AMD GPU, you can replace it by GTX970.
R9 390 and GTX970 are equals with their own pros and cons.
You will be happy with any of those 2.

US prices like on newegg are relatively useless for us in Europe.

Don't use newegg in england the tax is huge and postage more. Personally I'd go for a 4 gen core ie the i5 4460 (which I use)
