A 8 5600k or intel g 2130 with hd 7730 graphic card?

i have about 250 $ limit. I need a gaming pc to support Counter strike 1.6 on ultra in full hd or maybe 1600x900. Also League of Legends full hd medium high 50- 90 fps and other more demanding games full hd at like medium-high at 30 fps min. so amd processor A8-5600k or
intel g 2130 with hd. ON BOTH processors I WILL PUT 7730 graphic card in 2 months or more? SO which one is better for future upgrades and also integrated card?
I will build my pc in a plastic box so it will cost only power supply 50 $, mother board 50$, NO hard disc because i have one from my netbook ( CAN IT BE CONECTED TO MY BUILD ?): SPECS of hdd: Western digital
SATA 1.5 Gbps
160 GB
5400 rpm also will this hdd slow my build? if not sgnificaly i will keep it and if yes, what should i search in motherboards or power supplyies to know it can be connected ?????
And i ned to ask, are there differences in power supplyies that cost 30$, 50$ and 150$ and what are they? if power supply of 30-50$ cant damange my build than i would be happy to use it...
What do i need to pay attention when buying these parts?
Please respond if you read this because i have a chance to build my own pc because its cheaper than in store, and because im not in that good financial situation and

1. Will the A8 be good for cs 1.6 at 50 fps 1600x900?
2. and will it be better with hd 7730 than g2120 with hs 7730?
3. Last one, is A8 better overall in gaming (with any card) then intel g2120? example: if i have 2 same cards and g2120 and A8 5600, which one would have better frame rates?

1 probably do not have the experience with it.
2 can do dual graphics so yes

G860 performs very slower and worse than A8-3870k. We all know that G860 is similar or less powerfull than G2120, and A8-5600 is better than other amd. So which Processor is better overall for gaming, A8 5600 or G2120?
