A 8 gb or a 4 gb video card

well i wanted to buy a new video card but i dont know what type gb amount i need to get
so i WANT a AMD Sapphire R9 290 tri-x but i dont know what type and if it existeds so here the question does a 8gb AMD sapphire R9 290 tri-x exist and if it does exist what do you advise me A 4 gb or 8gb?

Depends on the resolution you are running at. Anything less than ultra HD wouldn't use more than 4GB.

How many 1080P monitors? In any case, by the time you NEED 8GB, it'll be time for a new video card anyway.

Yes the R9-290 would be good for gaming.

As no one knows for sure what the next gen games will require, I can't give you any guaranties about how this card will handle max settings.

Are you planning on gaming with both monitors active? I am not sure how two monitors with different resolutions will work during the game.
