I'm using a Athlon ll that I plan on overclocking some.

My currant can't and I don't like the fact that on my currant board the pcie x1 is under my 16. ( see, a duel slotted Gpu will cover it )
I need:

-Some overclocking
- a pci-e x1 above the x16
-ddr2 800
-at least 4 sata ports
-under 100$
- at least two usb headers
- the rest doesn't matter much!

I'm having trouble finding all of that but I know it's out there somewhere.

as far as what? a board or ram? Asus, MSI and Gigabyte are good to go with. Ram I would say G-Skill, Mushkin are great. anything else would be on you to decide. Sometimes it pays off and sometimes your like.... damn, shouldn't have gotten that.

I'm pretty set on the board. I meant ram wise. I say this because a lot of OCZ ram got bad reviews.
